I’m a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Fudan University and graduated in 2023.
During my time in school, I conducted research on the design and optimization methods of micromachined ultrasounic transducers (MUTs) for medical ultrasound imaging applications (supervisor Junyan Ren), and participated in two National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC No. 62174036, on progress; NSFC No. 61674043, completed); between October 2018 and October 2020, I was funded by the Chinese Government Scholarship and went France for joint-PhD program (No. 201806100221, supervised by Weijiang Xu).
On total, I have published papers in high-impact ultrasonic journals and conferences, including four first-author papers. On behalf of the first inventor of the student, I have applied five Chinese invention patents.

The research work contains high frequency piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducers (pMUTs) design, FEM analysis, optimization, fabrication and testing.

Early research work during junior year at Fudan University, includes independent design and fabrication of Lead-free Planar-Heterojuntion Perovskite Solar Cells. The studies uplifts the photoelectric performance of solar cells with flexible electronic circuits and environmentally friendly fabrication process.

Interests

Apart from being a science researcher, I enjoy most of my time in classical music. In the past few years, I have served as a volunteer at Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Hall, spent time practicing the piano, also composed music by myself.

During my stay in France, I visited a lot of places, such as Iceland, Greece, Belgium and East Europe. During my leisure time, I prefer reading books, with a great interest in economics.
